Spectral Rend bleeds Soul into you as it ticks, Consume Soul and Death Incarnate rip ALL banked Soul out of the target (bonus damage per Soul spent, emptying the meter), kills claw back 5s of Reaper Form's cooldown, and striking a foe wrapped in 4 stacks of Rend hits like a backstab.
