The banner is ready - sanctified with the symbol you recovered. Take it to the old graveyard at the edge of the village and plant it in the earth. The dead will not abide it. They'll come for it in waves. Hold your ground until the last of them falls, and the town is truly purged. Light guide you.

On completion
It's done. The town is free. I felt the moment the last of them dropped - like a held breath finally let go. Take this. I blessed it over the holy symbol myself - plate the dead themselves shrink from. You earned it ten times over.
